I think I should be able to grow most of these on my list. Peas and beans (hopefully) on an arch between the two raised beds, potatoes in large pots. Peppers might need to be in the potting shed where it is warmer.
Chard (coloured stems)*
Loose-leaf lettuce (Salad bowl)*
Salad onions (aka spring onions)
Potatoes* and Sweet Potatoes

How Much Sun?
Vegetables prefer a full day of sun, but some will tolerate a degree of shade, they may just be slightly smaller or slower growing.
8 hours of sun – fruiting vegetables – This includes tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and vine crops such as cucumbers, melons, and squash.
6 hours of sun – root vegetables – carrots, beets, etc.
4 hours of sun – leafy vegetables – “greens” such as lettuce, spinach and collards.
